PORTFOLIO OF DESIGNS

Objective - The Dashboard was created to show the nurse the previous patient
history and important information, all on one screen, without having to go
through the side menu or other tabs to find out reposition intervals, pressure injury
information or what the last reposition looked like.
Approach - Integrated into an existing software design, I matched the style but
still made it stand out. With simple, easy to read one-tap instructions, users are
able to clearly see all the important information, and even play videos of patient
history.
Results - The easy-to-use design has been implemented across all units in the
entire product line. Managers and nurses use it on a daily basis to see turns that
they couldn’t catch in time.

Objective - With multiple monitors across hospital units, a central monitoring system
was needed to see all the live images in one place, and be able to dive into each
patient to view more details.
Approach - Many ICUs have at least 20-30 beds, so the design had to be compact.
Also important information only is shown at first, then user is able to click into each
patient to see more detail.
Results - This was a brand new software, so we developed the launch into 4
phases, with each phase introducing more detailed features.
